navigating ambiguity, and turning a very ambiguous spark, idea, insight into something concrete → I'm an alchemist, who mixes and matches different elements to bring products and projects to life.
To do my best work, I need to marry all of the above with impact (whether it's the founder/team I'm empowering or the ultimate impact of our work) — making a business model, product, growth model that works AND impact together for me is like making magic.
I can work credibly at the intersection of product x growth x strategy x finance x team x business model.
That means I’m interdisciplinary, and can also work credibly as an interim in any of these, connecting the dots across these for different business types and models.
Helping others, clients, colleagues and more learn something new, unlock new confidence in their capabilities, connect the dots, generate insights and become more productive also brings me immense joy! I love nothing more than when someone at an org I’ve worked for refers to me as ‘Coach Fu.’
I also do this best when it’s helping your org do something for the first time, where there are no processes or playbooks (at least internally in your org or team), lots of doing and testing what doesn't scale, but building processes and empowering people to do so repeatedly, predictably, measurably and sustainably.
